Cancellation & Return Policy
Event Cancellation Policy
For live events, if you need to cancel for any reason you must notify us before the listed date for that event for a refund. The details about that date will be located at the point of purchase for the event.
Tickets cancelled before one month prior to any event will receive a refund less 50% of your purchased ticket price. If you need to transfer your ticket to someone else, you must do so two weeks prior to the event. Cancellations and transfer requests must be in writing, preferably by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
From one month prior to the event up until the event, all tickets are non-refundable. From two weeks prior to the event up until the event, all tickets are non-transferable. We cannot issue partial-refunds or support partial-ticket-swaps of any kind. In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, we will refund all tickets. We will not, however, be able to refund flight, hotel, or other purchases people may make.
Purchase of a ticket indicates that you have read and agree to comply with this cancellation policy or the cancellation policy listed at the point of purchase.This policy is subject to change; all registered attendees will be notified of any changes.
Product Return Policy
Products are fully refundable up to 30 days after purchase. We will immediately refund any products without hesitation. Please allow 5-10 business to reflect a change in your account. After 30 days all products are non-refundable.

Service Refund Policy
Payment required prior to services being rendered. Any coaching or consulting services performed by Kyle Cease are non-refundable.
